At Janitell, they are very supportive of their music programs. They offer choir, band and orchestra. I like this because research has shown that music helps grades improve and other things such as, increase in unrelated, practical skills, lower stress levels, A better, more positive outlook on life, better test scores, improved memory, better focus and it helps improve your mood. I also just really love music, playing and making or writing music

My favorite teacher is Mrs. Kraner. Mrs. Kraner is my favorite teacher because she is nice, funny and she teaches my favorite subject, reading.

My favorite subject is reading. I like reading because it, for me, improves my focus, memory, and imagination. I also like it because it is interesting, fun, and, unlike math, it has fewer rules. You can just imagine what it could be, you could also just imagine what everything looks like. I like reading books such as The Iliad and the Odyssey to challenge myself, but for entertainment, I like to read manga such as My Hero Academia and Demon Slayer.

I also like math but not as much as reading. Math is much more challenging than reading, because it has more rules, but my teacher helps me in any way I need. Math is very fun, and I especially love my math teacher, Mr. Homberger. Mr. Homberger reminds me of my second grade teacher a lot. They are both funny, helpful, have beards and match everyone's learning pace. Everyone loves him, jokes with him, and he is like a best friend to everyone.

I don't just love those teachers though. I like all of my teachers because they are all supportive and move at a learning rate to match everyone's academic abilities.

My favorite room in the school is the library. I like the library because it is super cool and has manga, 3D printers and cooler books than in elementary school. The people at the library are fun and I think it's cool how they let kids help with checking out books, like student helpers.

My favorite class is seventh period because I have an Enrich and Explore class that helps me nourish my brain and helps me learn more than what I already know. Enrich and Explore is a very fun class and I love making projects, typing, and animating google slides.

I also think that the after school programs are exciting. Elementary school didn’t have football, soccer, volleyball, or softball teams or games. It also didn’t have cheerleading, homework help or student union.

Overall, even though I have only gone to Janitell for about four weeks, I absolutely love Janitell. I also love Widefield School District Three because it has much more supportive schools, nicer students, and kinder teachers, than my old school.
